At the recently concluded AAQS General Meeting and NIQS QS Assembly held in Abuja, Nigeria, under the theme “Upskilling Quantity Surveyors’ Efficiency in Financial Management of Building, Engineering, and Infrastructure Developments,” IBQS Chairperson QS Malebang Tebele and Outgoing Immediate Chairperson QS Kaone Mongale had the honour of witnessing the renaming of the NIQS office building to Segun Ajanlekoko House. This tribute recognizes the former NIQS President’s significant contributions to the advancement of Quantity Surveying in Nigeria.
